We collect account information (email, authentication identifiers), usage logs (upload events and song counts), and payment metadata handled by Stripe. Uploaded audio is processed to deliver the service and is not used for unrelated training unless explicitly disclosed.
2. How we use data
Data is used to authenticate users, enforce plan limits, process payments, operate the audio pipeline, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.
3. Third-party services
We use Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payments), and cloud GPU providers for processing. Each provider processes data according to their respective policies.
4. Retention
Account and billing records are retained as needed for the service and legal obligations. Processed upload files may be deleted after processing completes unless required for support.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of account data by contacting support. Some records may be retained where required by law or for fraud prevention.
